ZERO SIX OFFICE

Finalist in multiple interior design awards, Zero Six Office serves as the mall assets and tenant management. The main criteria was to support the management staff with an ambience of deep-focus and work efficiency. The office has four main spaces, beginning with a reception, followed by the management room overlooking workstations and a meeting room. Considering spatial size limitations we had to avoid casual clustered office spaces. For this reason we have only two partitions, one that’s obscuring visitor’s view from outside and another for the meeting room which is partially blocking workstations view. Natural light is provided by angular full height narrow openings creating a balance between artificial and natural brightness. 

Finishes selection have been limited to Concrete tiles for the floor and the reception, shades of green used in lighting fixtures and loose furniture and white paint for walls and open ceiling components. One of the major sustainability aspects in the project is the recycling and re-using of Epal pallets from construction as an accent wall used in the meeting room.
