Olfah development comprises twelve residential buildings, each ranging from G+9 to G+11 floors. The buildings are carefully positioned along the perimeter of the plot, maintaining the architectural integrity of the urban tissue while providing residents with both privacy and access to communal spaces. The design emphasizes minimizing the building footprint to only 31.7% of the plot area, allowing for the creation of a 26,000 square meter central park that serves as the heart of the Olfah community.
