Shortlisted at multiple interior design awards, Mamsha Sales Center is located inside 'Zero 6 Mall', a retail venue located within five-kilometer radius from Sharjah University Campus and Sharjah Airport, surrounded by recently developed high-end residential areas. The project provides two show apartments to provide potential buyers an experience of the living quality and possibilities of interior furniture arrangement.

The space is divided into two functionally different parts along its longitudinally: a Sales Center and a Café. Each of these spaces has its own entrance. The Sales Center which can be accessed via Mall, on one side consists of an open plan lounge (including reception, client seating area, development model and workstations) and on the other the two show apartments.

The Sales Center mall entry is followed by a minimal reception desk. The reception desk is finished with the same concrete tiles used in show apartments to unify the design feel of the brand as a whole. Among the core objectives of this project was to showcase the transparency of development services provided to customers. In order to translate this motive into design language the sales personnel and staff workstations are clearly visible to customers while at the same time being distinguished using a raised floor and a semi enclosed long cube. Furthermore, an open industrial ceiling is maintained all over the unit space.

The Café area with an outdoor access serves the same previously mentioned objective of transparency. Hence it is detailed & furnished to look and feel different than the commerciality aspect of the Sales Center. Here wooden fixtures, leather seating, green features and distinct floor tiles provide an intangible lease line for the tenant that delineates the function. The Café is a comfortable setting to welcome its own guests or the sales center clients after their tour of show apartments.
