FEN project presents a complete interior design for a 25,000 sqft podium level of residential Al Rayyan Towers. Client’s requirements were to create a mixed-use complex comprising of Fitness Club, Spa, Sauna, Beauty Salon and an Organic Products store located separately in Towers B & C for women and men respectively. The entire floor in Tower A is dedicated to Café and Fine Dining facilities. The project acts as an attraction point not only for the residents of the towers but also the neighborhood. The core idea in the design brief was to come up with various innovative design solutions where each space is recognizable by material, look and feel instead of using only signages. Unlike having conventional/commercial program for the FITNESS CLUB & Spa the Client was keen to achieve an ‘exclusive vibe’ for these spaces where users can be encouraged to engage in group wellness programs and activities and feel a sense of belonging to the community.
