The Office will be used as management office for Fen assets across the UAE and beyond. The main criteria was to support the management staff with an ambience of deep-focus and work efficiency. The office has four main spaces, beginning with a reception, followed by the management room overlooking open plan workstations and a meeting room. Considering the spatial size limitations we had to avoid casual clustered office spaces.
