The dwelling is located in a newly developed residential area. In addition to complying with the client´s requirements and the site conditions, SOSA was keen to break the norms predefined by regulations in order to create an exterior façade and interior space as a ‘bold statement’ that contrasts with the ‘developer’ and ‘monotonous’ style of the neighboring units. The four-bedroom family house architecture is centered on giving priority to views of the surrounding landscape to the majority of the spaces in the house while taking advantage of the descending topography of the small site and integrating a generous front garden & a backyard pool.
